Full-Stack Web Development

A well-known organization in Sharjah seeking a Bilingual Full-Stack Web Development Specialist . The specialist will be responsible for evaluating, redesigning, and enhancing existing web platforms to improve performance, usability, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of current web platforms to evaluate usability, security, performance, and accessibility.Identify areas for improvement in UI/UX design and functionality through user research and stakeholder consultations.
• Redesign user interfaces and experiences to meet modern accessibility standards and visual aesthetics.
• Develop and implement new website features using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, PHP, Python, etc.).
• Optimize web platforms for performance (e.g., speed, responsiveness) and cross-device compatibility (mobile, tablet, desktop).
• Integrate third-party systems such as CRMs, payment gateways, and museum-specific platforms via secure APIs.
• Strengthen website security through SSL encryption, secure authentication, firewalls, and protection against vulnerabilities (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF).
• Ensure full compliance with data protection regulations including GDPR and local laws.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and user manuals.Deliver training sessions to internal teams on managing and maintaining web platforms.
• Provide post-launch support and ongoing maintenance to ensure long-term platform stability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Web Development, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in web development, including frontend and backend programming.Proficient in modern web technologies and frameworks: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, PHP (Laravel), Python (Django/Flask), ASP.NET.
• Experienced with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Skilled in web performance optimization, SEO strategies, and accessibility compliance.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or custom-built solutions
• .Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, risk assessment, and data protection regulations (GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Strong project management skills, with experience using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and training delivery capabilities.
