Background of the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage our Project Planners and Document Controllers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure efficient and accurate documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Planners and Document Controllers, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained, organized, and accessible. Implement and monitor document control procedures.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and documentation quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team or project scope.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in project management, also in a leadership role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
