Background of the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage our Project Planners and Document Controllers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure efficient and accurate documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Planners and Document Controllers, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained, organized, and accessible. Implement and monitor document control procedures.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and documentation quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team or project scope.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, also in a leadership role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
