Senior IVR Developer (Speech-Enabled Solutions)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior IVR Developer with deep expertise in speech-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in IVR technologies (VXML, gRPC) and experience in developing scalable microservices using modern Java frameworks. This role will focus on building, enhancing, and integrating advanced voice applications in a customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems
• Implement and support speech-enabled interfaces using VXML and gRPC protocols
• Integrate IVR systems with back-end microservices and third-party applications
• Collaborate with UX and product teams to deliver seamless voice experiences
• Support and troubleshoot production IVR solutions
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of voice applications

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in IVR development, VXML, and gRPC
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and message queuing systems (MQ)
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems
• Experience with chatbot frameworks is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD, source control (Git), and agile methodologies
