Network Operations Center Engineer

This is a hands-on technical support role, ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for networking. You'll gain deep insight into enterprise-grade network environments and will be supported in your professional development through mentorship and formal certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Client Network Support

• Provide second-level remote support for customer Juniper and Aruba network/security environments
• Manage incidents from first contact to resolution, ensuring SLA compliance
• Conduct root cause analysis and escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendor support as needed
• Perform daily network health checks and compile customer-ready reports
• Coordinate with vendor TAC (Technical Assistance Center) during active incidents

Internal Infrastructure Support

• Maintain and support internal infrastructure including networking, security, server, and endpoint systems
• Oversee patching, updates, and preventative maintenance
• Ensure RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools and systems are secure and functioning correctly
• Proactively suggest improvements to NSOC and Managed Services operations

• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills in a technical environment
• Strong interest in networking technologies and career development in this space
• Previous experience working in a NOC, NSOC, or technical support centre
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
• Full European driving license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• JNCIA or JNCIP certification (required)
• Certifications in Aruba, Palo Alto, or similar technologies (preferred)
• Familiarity with Juniper CLI, network troubleshooting, and vendor ticket escalation
