About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy, business-minded Project & Account Manager to support our fast-growing wallet and infrastructure products. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical foundation who enjoy client-facing work and want to help build scalable, data-driven delivery systems in the Web3 space.
You’ll serve as the key bridge between clients and internal teams—leading everything from onboarding and coordination to service execution and lifecycle management. Working cross-functionally with BD, Product, and Tech teams, you’ll turn client needs into structured, actionable solutions with visible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management – Maintain day-to-day communication with clients, address inquiries, and drive satisfaction through proactive support and regular delivery reviews.
- Pre-Sales Support – Join early-stage client discussions to assess needs, scope technical solutions, and support wallet or backend integration planning.
- Project Onboarding – Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Ops) to ensure smooth onboarding, manage timelines, and resolve delivery issues.
- Technical Liaison – Handle product-related questions (e.g., wallet setup, API usage), escalate bugs or feature requests, and follow through on resolution progress.
- Process Optimization – Maintain and improve internal SOPs, FAQs, and delivery documentation; identify recurring issues and drive process improvements.
- Insight Generation – Analyze client feedback and usage data to support reporting, surface insights, and inform product and business decisions.
About You
- 1–3 years of experience in technical project coordination, product operations, or account management (Web3, fintech, or SaaS preferred).
- Technical background preferred (e.g., CS degree, technical support, or software integration experience).
- Strong communicator with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive and structured, with a problem-solving mindset and strong business sense.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable with tools like Notion, Jira, and Postman.
- Familiarity with Web3 products or digital service models.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Web3 companies (e.g., exchanges, wallets, blockchain infrastructure).
- Exposure to client-facing technical work (e.g., onboarding, API testing, integration troubleshooting).
- Understanding of MPC wallets, crypto payment flows, APIs, and blockchain ecosystems (e.g., TRON, EVM chains).
