Job Description

About the job

We want to fill this position with a strong contributor in the Service Office HR Team, working closely with the Centres of Expertise function (COEs) and HR Business Partner team to ensure that HR strategies are translated into action effectively.

Your assignment

You will play a key support role to the Employment Manager in ensuring a consistent approach across Ikano Retail in developing HR Employment Policies, frameworks, and guidelines aligned with our overarching people strategy, including our annual VOICE survey process preparation. You will recommend best market practises with regard to HR employment and various people cycle initiatives with continuous improvement in mind. You will also be in the driving seat for developing wellness related policies, framework, guidelines and be in the lead for coordinating the HR aspect of CSRD and securing reporting directives are in place.



Qualifications

Your profile

  • Minimum 6 years of regional/HR experience with knowledge of employment laws, regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in HR related processes and annual people life cycle
  • Passionate about people and driving sustainable business growth through people / employment focused strategies
  • Advocate for meaningful workplace experiences

  • Resilient and adaptable in dynamic environment
  • Driven and proactive in adopting best employment practices
  • Prior IKEA/Store experience will be an advantage.
