They’re now looking for an AI Engineer, who can blend strong software engineering skills with a passion for AI - someone who enjoys working across teams, experimenting with the latest tools, and delivering real-world impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement impactful AI opportunities
• Design and build scalable AI pipelines using modern infrastructure tools
• Fine-tune and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate internal workflows and enhance financial products
• Work on full-stack development tasks involving Python, Java, and various types of databases (SQL, vector, graph)
• Explore emerging AI technologies and contribute to experimentation and innovation efforts
• Translate business needs into robust AI-driven applications with measurable outcomes

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or AI/ML engineer - software engineering capabilities are advantageous.
• A degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java with practical experience building data pipelines or AI solutions
• Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and a good understanding of model fine-tuning or prompt engineering
• Familiarity with AWS and MLOps; certifications are a plus
• Strong interest in applied AI/ML and hands-on with modern data stacks
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• A collaborative, curious mindset and a drive to build production-ready tools
