Business Insights Analyst

We’re looking for a highly analytical and business-savvy Business Insights Analyst to help us make smarter decisions across product, marketing, and finance. You’ll be the go-to person for turning data into action, with full ownership of critical business analysis like contribution margin, LTV, subscriptions, and inventory. If you love building financial clarity and influencing growth strategies, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own management P&L tracking and contribution margin analysis across products and markets
• Build financial models to evaluate existing and new product ideas, pricing, and subscription structures
• Perform in-depth LTV analysis, customer cohort reviews, and help define CAC/LTV targets
• Work with the data team to deliver ad-hoc analysis and dashboards for leadership
• Support budgeting and forecasting, aligning financial goals with company strategy
• Provide actionable insights on inventory, supply chain, and cost efficiency
• Design and automate recurring reports and performance frameworks to support growth
• Collaborate with marketing to assess channel performance, campaign ROI, and regional expansion
• Present findings to stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and context

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in business/financial analysis, preferably in e-commerce or tech
• Advanced modeling skills: LTV, NPV, CAC payback, margin breakdowns
• Proven track record of influencing business decisions with data
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent analytical thinking, structure, and business intuition
• Comfort working cross-functionally with data, marketing, product, and finance teams
• A proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and adaptability in fast-changing environments
