Product Project Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

Prime Prometics is the fastest-growing pro-age cosmetics brand in the world, and we’re looking for a Product Project Manager to drive the execution of our product pipeline and ensure continuous improvement across our portfolio. 

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment and enjoys coordinating complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish. You’ll support the existing product portfolio through product variant expansions, product improvements, manufacturing facility transfers, discontinuation projects, and other lifecycle-related initiatives - working closely with Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Support Teams. 

You’ll play a key role in ensuring product-related projects are well-organized, delivered on time, and executed to a high standard, while helping turn customer feedback and business needs into clear project actions.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end existing product development (EPD) projects across the portfolio, including variant launches, product updates, and discontinuations.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Supply Chain, QA, Design, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to deliver product changes and launches.
• Support product portfolio expansion into new markets and manufacturing partners, including product and packaging transfer projects and follow-ups.
• Monitor customer reviews and product performance, identify trends, and translate them into actionable improvement projects together with QA and CS teams.
• Maintain project timelines, track progress, and ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, highlighting risks when needed.
• Support e-commerce teams (including Amazon) in launching and maintaining existing portfolio products.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for cosmetics and make-up.
• Hands-on experience in project management, product operations, or product development - ideally within e-commerce or beauty.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail - able to keep projects structured, tracked, and moving forward.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, QA, Design, and CS teams.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset - able to take initiative and follow through without constant supervision.
• Ability to translate customer feedback and business needs into clear, actionable project tasks.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in coordinating across teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment with shifting priorities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in cosmetics or beauty product development.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Amazon.
• Experience working with manufacturers, packaging development, or supply chain processes.
• Experience with regulatory or packaging compliance.
