For our Client, a global leader in FMCG industry with an office located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of Senior Employee Request Management Specialist with German.


Responsibilities:

  • ticketing system: drive self-service capabilities by co-creating a comprehensive knowledge base and analyzing request frequencies, aiming to equip users with the resources needed to address common questions and streamline their ES and HR experiences,
  • ticketing system: facilitate cross-team collaboration to improve service delivery, reduce response times, and enhance overall efficiency,
  • embrace and champion continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and best practices or even potential for automating,
  • reviewing process requirements, technical functionalities and understanding internal customer needs,
  • ownership of ES PO Management & vendor communication: from vendor creation, invoice management, PO creation to cost tracking.


Requirements:

  • strong understanding of operational HR processes and usage of ticketing systems from a backend and user perspective; proven experience in such an environment or similar,
  • proficiency in English and German (C1),
  • very good service-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholder from different locations,
  • interest in invoice management and collaboration with vendors,
  • continuous improvement skills, proven by e.g. lean six sigma certification or Scrum, Agile methods,
  • capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
