• Design and build scalable, resilient backend systems and APIs
• Work across teams (frontend, infra, product) to ship features that impact real users
• Mentor engineers and elevate the team’s technical bar
• Own problems end-to-end, from architecture to delivery
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-trust, and high-performance team culture

⚙️ Tech Stack + Skills We Value:

• 10+ years building modern backend systems
• Expertise in distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms
• Fluency in modern languages: Go, Python, Kotlin, or TypeScript
• A bias toward action, thoughtful ownership, and balancing excellence with impact
