Job Description

1.Leading and Managing the team who Manage the tech [IT] roadmap for the Vehicle Finance department

2.Define the direction and scope of the product, create tech roadmap & outline critical milestones for delivery

3.Translate user needs into technical requirements. This includes understanding user needs, study market trends & competitive landscape to translate them into technical requirements for the engineering team

4.Oversee Product Development Lifecycle ensuring the end result meets the objective

5.Develop tech enablers for growth of business and to improve process efficiency

6.Participate in negotiations and setting up collaborations with DSA/Fintech partners

7.Manage relationship with key stakeholders for smooth functioning of business
