We’re supporting a well-established end-user organisation that is growing its internal D365 F&O team. They’re looking for an experienced Functional Consultant who enjoys solving real business challenges, working closely with stakeholders and shaping best practices that scale.

What you’ll do:

• Take ownership of the full implementation lifecycle for D365 F&O projects (mainly Finance but wider modules too)
• Gather and translate business requirements into practical solutions
• Collaborate with key users, finance managers and the IT team to deliver high-quality rollouts, upgrades and process improvements
• Provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption across the business
• Play an active role in continuous improvement initiatives and optimising the platform’s value

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (AX experience also welcome)
• Solid understanding of finance processes and how to translate them into system configurations
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for working closely with stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently as well as within a team setting
