Senior Dotnet Developer

D365 CE / .NET Developer, Product Environment, Social Impact

I am supporting a long-established Dutch software company building its own CRM solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, focused on the non-profit sector.

This is not consultancy work. This is product development, long-term thinking, clean architecture, and real ownership over what you build.

What makes this different

You will be working on software used by major organisations, directly contributing to how they run campaigns, manage donors, and drive impact. The focus is on building scalable, high-quality solutions rather than delivering under short-term project pressure.

The role

• D365 CE or .NET Developer, mid to senior level
• 3+ years experience
• Strong with C#, .NET, Azure
• D365 CE is a plus, not essential
• Dutch-speaking required

Environment

• Product-driven, no external project deadlines
• Collaborative development team, strong knowledge sharing
• Hybrid setup, 1 to 2 days in the office
• Long term roadmap, real input into product direction

Package

• €4,000 to €6,000 gross per month
• 25 days holiday, option to buy more
• An additional 4 days for volunteering
• Strong focus on personal development
