SPARK Trainee - Switzerland

Job Purpose

The SPARK programme is a dynamic, paid traineeship designed to give undergraduate and graduate students hands-on experience in the fast-paced biotech industry. Over 3 to 12 months, you’ll gain real exposure to MoonLake’s mission, work alongside experienced professionals, and grow in an international, purpose-driven environment. We are currently seeking SPARK trainees in the following areas:

• Biometrics
• Commercial/Marketing
• Strategy, Planning & Projects
• Finance
• HR, People & Culture
• IT
• Investor Relations / External Communication
• Regulatory Affairs / Medical Writing
• Technical Operations / Supply Chain
  
  

Key Accountabilities

• Contribute to real, high-impact projects across scientific, operational, or strategic teams
• Participate in onboarding and skills workshops tailored to your development
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in your hub and beyond
• Receive guidance from a dedicated mentor, including mid-program and final performance reviews
• Engage in the SPARKLAB macro project and our off-site team event
• Actively participate in team life, including a potential visit to another hub
  
  

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Curious, motivated, and eager to grow in a biotech setting
• B2 level of English or higher (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Able to work in person at one of our offices at least 3 days/week
  
  

Work Location

• 3 days/week in our Zug, Cambridge or Porto office.
