The role

• Development of training programs and monitoring their implementation
• Monitoring the execution of training programs, supporting internal and external clients
• Organization of training sessions, as well as the entire logistical and technical-pedagogical process associated
• Support in the promotion of training offerings, as well as the preparation of proposals
  
  

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or similar
• Interest in the training field and some existing contact/experience with the area will be valued
• We are looking for a dynamic, communicative, and organized person with a passion for customer service
• Good computer skills from a user perspective, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Resilient, contributes new ideas, has a critical spirit, and enjoys teamwork
• Comfortable with new technologies, for example, website management
