CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER • TELTONIKA IOT GROUP

Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Chief Financial Officer tojoin our C-level management team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the brand name of Teltonika as well as all the representative offices of Teltonika around the world.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement a global financial strategy.
• Manage financial and tax risks of the IoT Group.
• Set transfer pricing policy in the IoT Group.
• Consolidate budgets, forecasts and financial statements at the group level.
• Coordinate and control financial processes both at the headquarters and in foreign representative offices.
• Ensure effective budget planning, execution and control.
• Prepare financial reports for management and external institutions.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Monitor compliance of the company's activities with financial and tax legal norms in different countries.
• Cooperate with auditors, banks and other financial partners.
• Initiate and implement improvements to financial processes and risk management measures.
• Participate in M&A assessment, negotiations and integration.

What we expect of you:

• Higher education in finance, economics or accounting.
• 5+ years of work experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a management position.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (both spoken and written). Other languages would be considered as a benefit.
• Have experience in maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• An organized and detail-oriented personality and time-management skills.
• Ability to work on site only.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 52 Eur/h up to 66 Eur/h pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
