As a developer in the Pricing Services Core Delivery Team, you will be part of the Non Linear Rates IT Division within Capital Market IT.

The team's main mission is to execute a multi-year development and improvement plan on the Pricing Services application. This application aim to provide its users, in collaboration with most of the bank's departments (IT, Quants, Trading, Risk, etc.) a critical price and risk calculation tool. The team is working on innovative solutions to meet the required scaling in terms of calculation capacity and data backup bring by the increase in the number of products sold and new regulations.

In constant collaboration with the IT Product Owner, you will implement the priorities defined in the plan. The team will also interact closely with end users, Quants teams, external vendors as well as other IT teams. Finally, the Pricing Services Core Delivery Team will be responsible for designing solutions that meet user requirements, specifying, developing, testing and supporting these changes.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks :

• Develop the features specified by Business Analysts and prioritized by the Product Owner.
• Participate to expected technical meeting.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (Daily, Retrospectives, etc.).
• Participate in non-regression campaigns.
• Be an active part of the various developer communities (Pricing Services / Non Linear Rates IT / Capital Market IT / GIT), with the rights and duties that this entails.
• Be proactive on technical and functional topics.
• Develop with quality and on time.
• Appropriately raise alerts on risks encountered when designing and developing features (costs, deadlines, human resources).

VOTRE EQUIPE / YOUR TEAM :

En tant que développeur de la Delivery Team Pricing Services Core, vous serez rattaché(e) à la division Non Linear Rates IT au sein de Capital Market IT.

Cette équipe a pour mission principale d’exécuter un plan pluri-annuel de développement et d’amélioration autour de l’application Pricing Services. Cette application a pour objectif de fournir à ses utilisateurs en collaboration avec l’essentiel des services de la banque (IT, Quants, Trading, Risk, etc) un outil critique de calcul de prix et de risque. L’équipe travaille sur des solutions innovantes permettant de répondre aux besoin de scaling en capacité de calcul et en sauvegarde de donnée posés par l’augmentation du nombre de produits vendus et des nouvelles règlementations.

En liaison constante avec le Product Owner IT, vous appliquerez les priorités définies dans le plan. L’équipe sera en contact aussi bien avec les utilisateurs finaux, que les équipes Quants ou les éditeurs externes, ainsi que les autres équipes IT. La Delivery Team Pricing Services Core sera finalement responsable de la construction des solutions répondant aux besoins utilisateurs en spécifiant, développant, testant puis accompagnant ces changements.

Au sein de ce poste, vous aurez pour principales missions :

• Développer les features specifiées par les Business Analyst et priorisées par le Product Owner.
• Participer aux meetings techniques nécessaires.
• Participer aux cérémonies agiles mise en places (Daily, Retrospectives, etc).
• Participer aux campagnes de non régression.
• Etre part active des différentes communautés de développeurs (Pricing Services / Non Linear Rates IT / Capital Market IT / GIT) avec les droits et devoir que cela incombe.
• Etre force de proposition sur les sujets techniques comme fonctionnels.
• Développer avec qualité et dans les délais.
• Remonter les alertes de manière adéquate sur les risques rencontrés lors de la conception des features (coûts, délais, humains).
