Project Coordinator - Performance Appraisal Management

Job Purpose:

To provide efficient administrative, operational, and performance evaluation support to the Manager of Performance Evaluation, ensuring smooth departmental functioning and timely execution of performance-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Support

  • Provide administrative and office management support to the Manager of Performance Evaluation.
  • Coordinate departmental activities to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Manage office inquiries and administrative tasks, including tracking departmental updates and operations.

Performance Evaluation Support

  • Assist in preparing analytical performance evaluation reports and required documentation.
  • Support the development and follow-up of satisfaction surveys, and prepare reports based on results.
  • Monitor timelines to ensure completion of performance appraisal tasks such as objective setting, feedback, and evaluations.

Data & Documentation

  • Develop and maintain departmental KPIs and dashboards.
  • Verify ERP-generated reports for accuracy; apply necessary corrections.
  • Maintain accurate records of performance data, evaluation processes, and historical reports.
  • Update and maintain departmental user manuals.

Planning & Compliance

  • Assist with policy and procedure development, ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare documentation for accreditation and internal/external surveys.
  • Assist with annual budget preparation and monitor expenditure against the plan.

Reporting & Meetings

  • Prepare departmental reports for leadership meetings and committees.
  • Coordinate meetings, record minutes, and ensure timely dissemination of outcomes.

Communication & Correspondence

  • Draft professional emails, memos, and reports ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with translators to handle correspondence in both Arabic and English.

Other Duties

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data security.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field.


Experience & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience using Oracle ERP PMS in a healthcare environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the performance appraisal process, including:Setting individual objectives,Providing quarterly feedback,Conducting self, upward, and downward evaluations


Skills Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
