Project Manager – Oracle EBS R11 and R12

We are seeking a Project Manager with solid experience in Oracle EBS (versions R11 and R12) and a proven track record in upgrade projects, system support, and process improvements. We’re looking for a strategic professional with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.

Technical Knowledge and Key Skills:

• Solid experience managing projects using both Traditional and Agile methodologies
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary, remote, and culturally diverse teams
• Strong negotiation skills and effective vendor management
• Hands-on and strategic experience across all phases of the project lifecycle

Mandatory Requirements:

• Advanced English for conversation
• Spanish is a plus
• Project management certification (PMP, SAFe, Prince2, or Agile certifications)
• Prior experience managing business-related projects (not just IT)
