This Position reports to:

IS Support Process Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Process automation business area in Buenos aires.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Collaborating with IS team to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
• Drive change and proactively propose initiatives within the IS area
• Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
• Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.

Qualifications For The Role

• You are a student of: Systems Engineering, Programming, or a related discipline, demonstrating commitment and technical capability.
• You are currently immersed in .NET and JavaScript programming and enjoy working with database management tools such as MS SQL Server, in the software development and IT sector.
• Have established skills in programming and data handling
• Highly adept in Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint (knowledge preferred but not mandatory). Possess enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and OneDrive, at an intermediate to advanced level.
• You are passionate about problem-solving and continuous learning, and you are captivated by the dynamics of project management (experience in this area is valued but not required).
• You have intermediate to advanced English proficiency, enabling collaboration in multicultural environments
