Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – CcaaS (Genesys)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Languages: German & English (Fluent in both written and spoken)

Mode: Work from Office

Type: Full Time & Fixed Term Contract of 6 months

Experience Level: Principal (8-10 years)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Genesys-based contact center transformation programs.
• Drive project delivery across scope, schedule, and budget.
• Handle vendor and stakeholder coordination for CcaaS rollouts.
• Lead steering committees, prepare governance artifacts, and drive escalations.
• Align program goals with business objectives and regulatory needs.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience managing Genesys Cloud/Engage implementations.
• Strong understanding of PMP/PMI/Prince2 and Agile/SAFe frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (Dev, Infra, QA, Ops).
• Domain knowledge in telecom, BFSI, or utilities contact centers.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and collaboration suites
