Cyber Security Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IAM Consultant to join our growing cybersecurity practice. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint or CyberArk. You will work closely with clients to understand their business and security requirements and translate them into robust IAM strategies and technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ or CyberArk Privileged Access Security.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical IAM designs.
• Conduct assessments, develop IAM roadmaps, and lead implementation projects.
• Configure and customize IAM tools to meet client-specific needs.
• Work with stakeholders across IT and business units to align IAM policies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM systems and integrations.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow) or CyberArk.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts: authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, RBAC, SSO, MFA.
• Experience with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory), scripting (PowerShell, Java, or Python), and APIs.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
