UI/UX Designer – Web & Mobile | Figma | Aviation Preferred (3+ yrs)

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing highly interactive, user-centric interfaces using modern design tools and technologies. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into engaging and intuitive user experiences. Aviation industry experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

:

1. · Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
2. · Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
3. · Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
4. · Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
5. · Maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for consistency.
6. · Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
7. · Optimize user interfaces for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.

Requirements

:

• · Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• · 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
• · Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• · Strong portfolio demonstrating interactive, user-friendly interfaces.
• · Familiarity with HTML/CSS and design handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Inspect, etc.).
• · Understanding of design thinking, user-centered design, and agile methodologies.
• · Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• · Aviation industry experience is preferred.
• Nice to Have:
• · Experience with motion design tools (After Effects, Lottie).
• · Basic knowledge of frontend development (React, Vue).
• · Experience working with design systems like Material UI or Bootstrap.
