Business Development Manager – Telco & 5G Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) – Telco Solutions to drive growth across our telecom and IT services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling advanced Telco solutions and building strategic client relationships in the UAE and Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Telco-specific services, including:
• 5G Services (cloud core design, integration, and managed services)
• Telco Security Services
• Private 5G Solutions
• Red Hat Telco Services
• Expand business in Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, and AI-driven solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow enterprise and government sector accounts.
• Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities with telecom operators, enterprises, and public-sector clients.
• Build and maintain C-level relationships with key decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end business development cycles including prospecting, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Telco/ICT sales, with a strong track record in revenue generation.
• Proven expertise in selling 5G, Telco Security, Private 5G, and Red Hat solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and AI services.
• Established relationships with regional Telcos, IT integrators, and enterprise clients in the UAE and Gulf.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and account management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear business value for clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
