Real Estate Admin and Listing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain property listings on various platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, CRM etc.) and website.
• Well verse in creating contract A, B and F through Dubai Broker Apps, Form 1 , tenancy contract and rental listing form.
• Managing and distribution of Leads to the agent.
• Ensure property listings are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with company and regulatory standards.
• Assist in preparing property marketing materials, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Coordinate with agents and clients to gather necessary information for new listings and updates.
• Handle inquiries and provide timely responses regarding property listings.
• Ensure all administrative tasks related to property listing, including document handling, contracts, and data entry, are completed efficiently.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and updating databases.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all property listings, contracts, and relevant documentation.
• Provide all necessary documents for each property to secure Trakheesi for RERA approval

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate administration, specifically managing property listings.
• Strong knowledge of real estate listings platforms and software
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software/tools.
• Knowledge of real estate regulations and industry standards is a plus.
