Senior Project Manager – Healthcare IT (Contract, 3 Months + Extension)

Location: UAE (Must be based in UAE, with ability to travel as required)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading healthcare institution in the UAE for a high-impact, contract-based assignment. This is a unique opportunity to lead the implementation of a critical healthcare IT solution and drive transformation within a prestigious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee the successful delivery of a major healthcare IT project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional IT teams, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Set and manage expectations with senior business stakeholders, including direct reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
• Solution Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of Cerner/Oracle Health platforms to guide technical implementation and integration.
• Clinical Insight: Apply clinical understanding of the solution to ensure optimal fit and adoption within the hospital environment.
• Travel: Be prepared to travel within the GCC and potentially internationally as required by project needs.

Requirements:

• Experience: Senior-level project management experience within healthcare IT, ideally in hospital or large healthcare provider settings.
• Technical Skills: Proven expertise in Cerner/Oracle Health solutions (mandatory).
• Clinical Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare processes is highly desirable.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, set clear expectations, and drive project success.
• Accountability: Willingness to be challenged and held accountable by senior leadership.
• Location: Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate start.
• Contract: 3-month initial contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
