Agile Coach

Our client, a leading provider of secure financial messaging services, is seeking an Agile Coach to join their team in Manassas, VA. This is a long term contract position which requires work on site 3 days a week starting day 1.

As an Agile Coach, you will be part of the Agile Organization supporting the Messaging Tribe. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to lead teams effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Serve as a servant leader for your team(s), ensuring clear communication and helping them reach their goals.
• Deliver on data-driven coaching agreements based on observation and collaboration with leadership.
• Focus on value delivery, flow, quality, predictability, and modern engineering practices.
• Drive continuous improvement within teams and facilitate all scrum events.
• Guide teams in implementing Scrum methodology for timely delivery of high-priority features and services.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in a technical Agile coaching role.
• Able to create and execute coaching agreements effectively.
• Experience training developers into effective Scrum Masters.
• Strong communication skills with both Scrum Teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand and coach teams on DevOps practices.
