Your new company
We are looking for a pro-active, process driven and self starting HR Coordinator to join the team. You will be working for one of Australia's largest customer owned banks. This is a 6 month opportunity with the view to convert to permanent.
Your new role
- Assist in the full employee life cycle including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding
- Managing employee data, records and processes
- Coordinating letters of offer and contracts of employment
- Scheduling interviews and background check screening
- Assisting in the preparation of reports including tracking SLA and KPIs
You will get

- A hybrid work opportunity (WFH 2 x a week, and in the office in Homebush 3 x week). Office moving to CBD from November
You will need
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience ideally within a financial services environment, or large scale corporate
- Full working rights (no WHV able to apply)
- You will need to be proactive and able to work autonomously
