Our client is seeking a seasoned Head of Cyber Security to lead it's global security operations. This strategic role safeguards people, assets, and data, driving scalable, proactive security initiatives across international sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a global security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and align regional/global security teams and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and drive mitigation planning.
• Maintain crisis management and emergency response protocols.
• Ensure compliance with global regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, FISMA).
• Oversee physical security across offices and operational sites.
• Collaborate with IT on cybersecurity and infrastructure protection.
• Promote a security-conscious culture through training and awareness.
• Manage third-party security risks.
• Implement travel safety and executive protection measures.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Security Management, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in security leadership, including 5+ years in a global or regional role.
• Deep knowledge of both physical and cyber security practices.
• Strong crisis management and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Familiar with international compliance standards.
• Preferred certifications: CPP, PSP, CISSP, CISM.
