As a Team Lead for Client Services, you will be responsible for managing a global team supporting Windows, Mac, and iOS environments within the Tires IT Infrastructure. Your role will focus on driving a strategic transformation toward a fully cloud-based environment, while ensuring smooth operations across all client service areas. You’ll lead a team of 5 engineers, engage with external providers, and ensure top-tier service delivery and device management globally.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an international team supporting Windows, Mac, and iOS environments.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, patch management, and maintenance of all client devices.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure continuous service improvement.
• Drive strategic transition to a cloud-based client infrastructure.
• Manage CrowdStrike and coordinate security policies across device platforms.
• Resolve escalated technical issues and ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs with external vendors to ensure service excellence.
• Engage in regular business travel (approx. 30%) to support global operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading international IT client services teams.
• Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems and support practices.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, and CrowdStrike.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based infrastructure transformation.
• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
