Customer Project Manager (Remote from Poland, B2B Contract)

Location: Remote (Poland-based only)

Contract Type: B2B

Language Requirement: English (Fluent)

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment? We are looking for a Customer Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects, ensuring seamless delivery, high quality, and strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead transactional and subscription-based projects to deliver defined customer business outcomes
• Oversee project planning, execution, and governance
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
• Align strategy and vision with project objectives
• Monitor and manage financials, risks, and project profitability
• Handle stakeholder communication and status reporting
• Drive risk identification, issue resolution, and change management
• Collaborate with external partners and manage third-party commercial engagements
• Contribute to Cisco’s PM community by sharing best practices and mentoring junior PMs

Role-Specific Responsibilities:

• Implement structured project delivery processes
• Manage scope, change control, and stakeholder engagement
• Handle risk, issue, and communication management
• Participate in internal improvement initiatives
• Lead service transition activities in pre-sales when required

Project Scope & Complexity:

• Responsible for 1–2 large and complex customer projects
• Involves high-risk profiles, multiple dependencies, and multi-technology environments
• Requires experience in global project delivery and cross-functional leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience:
• University degree or equivalent
• 6+ years of project management experience (IT or Telco sector preferred)
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong stakeholder management, especially with UK&I clients (a plus)
• Ability to perform under pressure with strict timelines
• Certifications:
• PMP or PgMP preferred
• Other Requirements:
• Must be based in Poland
• Fluent in English
• Experience working in a remote B2B setting
