Human Resource Executive (Leadership & Career Development)

What You Will Be Working On

You will be part of the HR team managing HDB’s leadership and talent management efforts. These include providing support for promotion and job evaluation exercises, deployment of appointment holders, as well as the review & preparation of relevant profiles, statistics and reports. Your responsibilities will also extend to other aspects of talent management such as succession planning and talent development programmes.

What We Are Looking For

You should have good communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be meticulous, and be able to multitask and deliver quality work within tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required. Additional HR-related qualifications and/or prior experience in talent and career development will also be an advantage.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
