Product Manager

Bausch + Lomb Turkey is looking for Product Manager who will be responsible for Vision Care BU products and requires the following qualifications;

• University degree in relevant Life Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or a relevant discipline with successful academic record, preferably holds an MBA
• Min 2 years of experience in brand/product management with a proven record of success in pharma industry ideally in ophthalmology market.
• Fluent in English, proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence in dealing with people
• Self-motivated, Successful team player
• Time management and flexibility
• Strong analytical, communicational and planning skills oriented towards delivering business results
• Exhibits and advances knowledge of health systems and decision making in health care
• Available for frequent travelling
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description :

• Responsible for product management of Vision Care portfolio
• Developing, executing, and following up marketing plans and projects
• Building innovative launch plans for products in pipeline
• Regular field visits and close relations with sales force to ensure 100% compliance to marketing strategy
• Establishing strong relationship with KOLs
• Developing innovative approaches for marketing and sales tactics
• Organizing and leading marketing events such as launch meetings, HCP meetings, congress attendance.
• Preparing, managing and controlling marketing budget and tracking return on investments
• Close monitoring competition in terms of pricing, margins and customer engagement
• closely working with field force managers on performance and effective usage of sales budgets and A&P
• Close follow-up of supply & demand balance including inventory level of strategic products to secure high quality product flow
• Closely follow-up of regulations with collaboration of regulatory and compliance functions in order to be prepared for changes and challenges
• Preparing high quality business cases and forecasts related with future opportunities
• Ensuring on-going communication and co-operation with related departments within company and third parties
