We’re hiring our first dedicated Data Scientist to take charge of advanced modelling, forecasting, and ML innovation across the business. This is a hands on, exploratory role at the intersection of trading, product, and Research and Developmet. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to drive meaningful change through data.

Job Description

• Explore, clean, and analyze large-scale proprietary datasets (trader behavior, revenue, payouts, and more).
• Build predictive models for trader profitability, churn, payout forecasting, and more.
• Design and deploy ML-powered tools that support operations, risk, and product innovation.
• Collaborate with our Data Analyst and R&D Manager to turn ideas into working prototypes.
• Spot opportunities for AI/ML across risk management, product features, or decision-making systems.
• Present insights and tools clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
• Strong Python skills and experience with libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Expertise in data wrangling, feature engineering, and model development
• Hands-on experience with forecasting, classification, or recommendation systems
• A curious, self-starting mindset — you thrive in ambiguity and know how to find value in noise
• Strong communication skills to influence through data
• Bonus: Experience or strong interest in trading, markets, or fintech
