Our client, a Global Beverage Company is looking to hire an HR Generalist, must have experience in Payroll Management, Compensation & Benefits. Must be Arabic speaker. Strong knowledge of UAE Labor laws. Package: AED 17,000 – AED 20,000 + Benefits + Annual bonus


Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, payroll, compensation & benefits, and compliance. The role supports the business by ensuring a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce, specifically tailored to the fast-paced beverage industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing recruitment for junior and middle-management roles in the Middle East, and North Africa.

Payroll Management: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including time & attendance, overtime, deductions, and incentives.

Supporting compensation and benefits, including sales incentive coordination.

HR Operations: Maintain and update HR records (HRIS) including personal details, job changes, leaves, and absences.

Performance & Development: Coordinating performance management and other Talent Management activities across the region.

Employee Relations & Compliance: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR policy clarifications. Ensure HR processes align with UAE Labour Law and company policies. Assist in handling disciplinary procedures and documentation.


Requirements:

6-10 years of hands-on experience in both HR administration and payroll. Preference will be given to someone who has experience in Mainland, and freezones.

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws; additional expertise with labor laws in Middle East and Africa is a strong advantage.

Exposure to Compensation & Benefits, with experience in managing sales incentives considered a strong plus.

Experience working in multinational companies.

Must have experience in FMCG industry (Preferably beverage industry)

Must be an entrepreneurial mindset.
