BIOK LAB – the biggest cosmetics company in Lithuania – is looking for a Brand and Product Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team and help shape the future of our iconic brands.

We formulate high-quality cosmetics by thoughtfully combining plant-based, herbal, biotechnological, and synthetic ingredients – products that are recognized by dermatologists and trusted by consumers globally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Here, you’ll be the driver of brand strategy and the voice behind the visual identity, tone, and presence of your assigned brands. You’ll work across departments to bring new ideas to life, lead launches, and connect with consumers through 360° campaigns. This isn’t just a marketing job – it’s brand ownership with purpose and personality.

Your role will include:

• Leading and supporting product development projects from concept to launch, collaborating closely with R&D, supply chain and production teams.
• Managing and evolving the product portfolio, ensuring a balanced, competitive, and consumer-relevant assortment.
• Developing and managing budgets and executing marketing plans for your brand(s).
• Defining product positioning, messaging, and brand strategies in alignment with brand and business goals.
• Managing campaigns across TV, outdoor, digital, in-store, and influencer platforms.
• Monitoring industry trends, product performance, consumer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and make strategic decisions.
• Collaborating with Sales Department to align messaging and boost brand performance.
• Preparing product-related materials for campaigns, training, and internal communication.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or brand/product management (FMCG or cosmetics is considered an advantage).
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Creativity, independence, and a strong sense of ownership.
• A passion for beauty, consumer behavior, and visual storytelling.
• Confidence in using data to guide decisions.
• Strong organizational and representation skills, with attention to detail.
• Confidence and courage to champion bold ideas and consistently represent the brand’s values.
• Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
