Experienced Java Developer

My clients on the hunt for a Senior Java Developer with cutting-edge Java skills and serious fintech pedigree to join a fast-paced, high-impact project.

You’ll be jumping in at the start of the mission-critical platform that is set out to handle thousands of transactions per day. This is a high-performance, low-latency environment where your expertise will drive real-time innovation.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Building and optimising scalable back-end services using Java 21
• Enhancing systems that support high-frequency, high-volume financial transactions
• Collaborating with architects and product teams to improve performance and resilience
• Designing clean, testable, and maintainable code in a distributed microservices ecosystem

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of core Java development experience, with recent hands-on use of Java 17–21
• Strong background in financial services, especially payment processing or trading systems
• Proven experience in multithreading, concurrency, and low-latency system design
• Solid grasp of modern frameworks (Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud-native development (AWS preferred)
