Your Role

As a Flutter Developer working within a multidisciplinary squad, you will collaborate closely with product, design, data, and engineering colleagues to build user-centric mobile experiences. You will contribute to the entire development lifecycle — from ideation and development to testing and deployment — helping the team deliver high-quality features and improvements.

You will also be a valued contributor within the frontend chapter, supporting shared best practices and contributing to the overall technical direction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement intuitive user experiences.
• Participate in experiment design and feature validation using data insights.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and a strong understanding of writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Contribute to code reviews and uphold coding standards.
• Assist in integrating CI/CD workflows and ensure app security practices.
• Stay current with Flutter trends and contribute to improving development practices.
• Participate in discussions around system architecture and design, with guidance from senior engineers.

Your Profile

• 2–4 years of mobile development experience, with at least 1 years using Flutter and Dart.
• Experience delivering and maintaining apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like flutter_test and Mockito.
• Understanding of app security measures, including code obfuscation.
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with clean architecture and design patterns.
