HR Generalist - 3-Month Temporary Role - PART TIME - 4 DAYS ONLY!

Location: St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin (4 days on-site)

We are partnering with a dynamic SME company in the Financial Services space. Based in Dublin 2 we are searching for an experienced HR Generalist for 3 months on a part-time bases. This is a key support role during a quieter summer period, covering a broad range of HR generalist responsibilities.

About the Role

This is a busy and hands-on position within a small company environment, where you’ll provide tailored, one-to-one HR advice and support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance management: reviews, probation, managing underperformance
• Recruitment: attending face-to-face interviews and advising on offers
• Handling flexible and remote working requests
• Managing informal employee relations issues
• Providing guidance on upcoming legislation
• Supporting ongoing projects including onboarding, employee feedback and engagement surveys
• Advising on parental leave, additional holiday purchase schemes, and general HR policy matters
• Potential involvement in performance management system implementation

About You

• 4+ years of generalist HR experience, ideally within an SME environment
• Strong advisory skills, particularly with line managers
• Comfortable preparing HR guides and implementing new systems
• Excellent knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation
• Experienced in working independently and providing a high level of personalised support

Preferred Background

Experience in financial services or professional services environments would be a significant advantage.
