Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and contractual data
• Collaborate with colleagues to build data-driven models, reporting and actionable insights
• Present findings in a clear, concise manner for internal consumption
• Oversee and track the implementation of actionable insights within a PMO framework
  
  

Ideal Experience

• 1+ years of experience in data analytics or data science
• Proficiency in programming (Python, SQL)
• Experience in Financial Services and financial instruments
• Experience in CRM, financial instruments or contract datasets.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
• Familiarity with cloud services.
  
  

Bonus Points

• Experience using LLMs for data summarization, document intelligence, or research enhancement.
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding techniques.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  
  

CH Work Permit
