We’re looking for a Senior Talent & Culture Partner who’s ready to take ownership in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment—someone who’s not just passionate about HR, but about building a great place to work from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For


  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner,
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Social Sciences, or similar
  • Hands-on experience in hiring processes, performance management, organizational development, reporting and compensation/budget management
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills—you’re comfortable working with data to inform decisions
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Experience with SAP is a big plus
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and reporting
  • A team player who brings curiosity, accountability, and a passion for creating impact


What You’ll Do


  • Drive all T&C processes within related account (recruitment, performance management, compensation management, engagement survey etc.)
  • Support organizational development and help shape a culture that values growth and feedback
  • Take ownership of T&C reporting, analytics and budget tracking
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing team: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and beyond
  • Collaborate closely with team leads to understand hiring needs and ensure a great talent match
  • Lead onboarding and contribute to a strong candidate and employee experience
  • Keep our people systems and records (including SAP) clean, updated, and compliant
  • Bring fresh ideas to continuously improve our ways of working—because nothing here is “set in stone”
