What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner,
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Social Sciences, or similar
- Hands-on experience in hiring processes, performance management, organizational development, reporting and compensation/budget management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills—you’re comfortable working with data to inform decisions
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Experience with SAP is a big plus
- Proficient in MS Office tools and reporting
- A team player who brings curiosity, accountability, and a passion for creating impact
What You’ll Do
- Drive all T&C processes within related account (recruitment, performance management, compensation management, engagement survey etc.)
- Support organizational development and help shape a culture that values growth and feedback
- Take ownership of T&C reporting, analytics and budget tracking
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing team: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and beyond
- Collaborate closely with team leads to understand hiring needs and ensure a great talent match
- Lead onboarding and contribute to a strong candidate and employee experience
- Keep our people systems and records (including SAP) clean, updated, and compliant
- Bring fresh ideas to continuously improve our ways of working—because nothing here is “set in stone”
