Are you ready to play a key role in one of the most exciting modernization efforts in enterprise IT? We’re on the hunt for a DevOps Engineer & Release Manager to join a highly collaborative team driving innovation across both mainframe and distributed systems.

What You’ll Do

• Own the release lifecycle – Lead and coordinate end-to-end release processes across 10 Agile PODs, ensuring high-quality, on-time deployments.
• Build better pipelines – Design, develop, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across both mainframe and modern distributed applications.
• Collaborate across teams – Partner with developers, QA, and ops to streamline build/test/release workflows.
• Elevate performance – Monitor and enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance—especially during critical migration phases.
• Champion DevOps best practices – Introduce tooling, process improvements, and configuration management strategies across a complex tech landscape.
• Align & deliver – Coordinate releases and dependencies across PODs while supporting a long-term migration from mainframe to modern architecture.
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps and Release Management within enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of mainframe and distributed application ecosystems.
• Expertise with CI/CD tools , automation frameworks , and release orchestration platforms .
• Strong communication skills—you’re the connector between dev, QA, and ops.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
