The Project Manager will take responsibility for managing multiple projects at different development stages from licensing process to handover to final client. Ensuring to manage a healthy relationship with project stakeholders like clients, subcontractors, etc.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, administer and control assigned Greenfield and Co-development activities.
• Verify and validate land leases.
• Manage the activities necessary to incorporate the SPVs.
• Verify and validate design choices.
• Monitor, administer and control Service and/or Co-development contracts.
• Preparation of monthly reporting.
• Administration and control of Budgets.
• Supporting M&A activities.
• Ongoing coordination with Procurement and Construction functions.
• Verify and validate additions to filed Projects when requested by authorising bodies.
• Attend Conferences of Services organized by the authorizing bodies.
• Complete the handover to the business functions prepared for the construction, i.e., sale, of the authorized plant.
• Ensure all that is necessary for the safe and quality development of the entrusted line of Business.

Your Background –

• University degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years in project management for utility scale solar
• Fluent in English and French
• Construction management experience in France
