Mode Search is excited to be partnering with a global, design-led fashion brand to appoint a HR Co-Ordinator to join their friendly and fast-paced team. This is a full-time position, based 3 days a week in their London office and 2 from home.


As HR Co-Ordinator, you will play a key part in delivering a high-quality, generalist HR service across the business. Reporting to senior HR leadership, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and performance management to employee relations and policy development.


You’ll have the chance to work across core HR functions while supporting strategic initiatives around talent, learning, compliance and reporting.


Responsibilities


  • Act as first point of contact for HR queries, coaching managers through employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance.
  • Support performance and reward processes including appraisals, salary reviews and bonus schemes.
  • Help review, update and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UK employment law.
  • Deliver HR reporting and data analysis to provide actionable insights to the wider business.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including offer letters and inductions.
  • Manage visa and relocation support processes to ensure legal compliance.
  • Work on ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring seamless delivery alongside BAU tasks.


What We’re Looking For


  • Solid generalist HR experience in a fast-paced, corporate or retail/luxury environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and current HR best practices.
  • Comfortable managing ER cases independently and advising managers confidently.
  • Proactive and commercially astute, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A confident communicator and true team player who thrives on variety.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday/SAP a plus) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
