A leading full-service commercial law firm in Dublin is seeking a Human Resources Executive to join their expanding HR team.

What You'll Do

  • Provide essential HR support, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Serve as the go-to for employee HR queries, like leave and employment matters.
  • Handle employee documentation, including contracts and onboarding packs.
  • Collaborate with IT and Training for seamless new hire onboarding.
  • Keep HR databases updated and manage document filing.
  • Process applications for government schemes and manage renewals.
  • Coordinate the Transition Year Programme and CSR school initiatives.
  • Support recruitment with job postings, interviews, and compliance.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects and handle ad-hoc HR tasks.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years experience in a Human Resource position, preferably in a Law Firm or Partnership
  • Detail-oriented with high numeracy skills for accuracy.
  • Ability to build strong relationships in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Bamboo HR.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear, trustworthy interactions.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Motivated, organised, and adaptable with a proactive mindset.
