Your new role

This Talent needs to lead and coordinate recruitment efforts across departments, both nationally and internationally; Oversee onboarding processes, particularly for international hires; Ensure compliance with HR policies and Portuguese labour law; Support training, career development, and performance management initiatives; Also, contribute to employee retention strategies and organizational culture and provide guidance on labour relations, contracts, and employee benefit.

What you’ll need to succeed

A degree in HR or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on recruitment. A solid understanding of Portuguese labour law and HR compliance practices is essential for success in this role. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders are also key. Fluency in English is mandatory.
