Role and Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team working on the ingestion and integration of global market data
• Drive the development of scalable distributed systems that power real-time data accessibility
• Own the technical vision and roadmap for a new Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) initiative
• Collaborate with other engineering leaders to define and implement next-generation data pipelines
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to support fast, safe, and reliable software delivery
• Mentor engineers, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure timely project delivery

Tech Stack

• Languages: Golang, Python
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS / Azure / GCP
• CI/CD: Modern continuous delivery pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Data: Real-time data streaming, distributed systems
• Tools: Git, modern monitoring and observability platforms

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a software engineering leader, with strong architectural and development skills
• Proficient in Golang
• Solid background in building and managing distributed systems
• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes
• Product-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering user value
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities
• Experience with CI/CD processes and agile delivery
• Bonus: Financial domain experience or familiarity with trading platforms
