Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Stockholm

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with strong experience in data infrastructure, scalable ML workflows, and cloud-native technologies. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in software engineering and a deep understanding of deploying ML models in production environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with BigQuery and advanced SQL
• Proficient with Cloud Composer or Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
• Familiar with IAM, Service Accounts, and Data Catalog in GCP
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Bonus: Experience with Dataflow, Kubernetes (K8s), Vertex AI Pipelines, or Kubeflow Pipelines
  

• Expert in Python programming, with strong OOP principles
• Follows clean code practices using tools such as flake8, mypy, black, SonarQube, and pre-commit
• In-depth experience in unit testing and end-to-end testing using pytest, unittest, and fixtures

• Proficient with Unix systems and shell scripting
• Able to install and configure components within Docker containers

• Skilled with Git, including pull request workflows and conflict resolution
• Able to build robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and best practices

• Strong understanding of Docker, container lifecycle, and image optimization

• Deep expertise in DBT, preferably within GCP environments

• Advanced SQL knowledge for querying, transformation, and optimization
• Strong understanding of data modeling, system design, and architecture best practices
