Director Role in Engineering Consulting Services

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Work Environment: Onsite

We are seeking a dynamic and highly accomplished professional to join us in a leading role within our Engineering Consulting Services field. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth, to lead complex infrastructure Engineering services, and work closely with top-tier clients and stakeholders across UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business growth initiatives for engineering consulting services.
• Monitor and forecast key financial metrics including revenue, profitability, bill rates, and utilization across projects.
• Provide oversight and quality assurance for high-level deliverables across multiple engineering consulting projects.
• Lead engagement reviews to ensure alignment with client expectations and highest quality standards.
• Mitigate projects risks and minimize exposure across portfolios while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee revenue recognition and receivables management.
• Align projects execution with the approved strategic vision and business objectives.
• Drive success in large-scale infrastructure, urban design projects, Traffic and Transportation services through active leadership and coordination.
• Identify and resolve potential risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Engage and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, government entities, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required; a master’s or PhD in a related field is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience, ideally with a combination of international engineering consultancies.
• Proven track record in leading complex engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
